What You Will Do
- Coordinate with facilitators to ensure training materials and session readiness
- Prepare and manage training logistics, including venue setup, learning materials, and technical equipment
- Arrange schedules and coordinate with participants, facilitators, and internal teams
- Provide end-to-end support during training sessions (on-site and online), including documentation
- Handle technical issues and ensure smooth execution during training
- Compile post-training reports, including participant feedback, evaluation results, and client reports
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student who has completed their thesis
- Experience in organizational activities, preferably related to corporate or public training programs
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, responsive, and customer-focused mindset
- Willing to support training sessions both on-site and online with flexible working arrangements
- Able to commit to supporting training projects from preparation to completion
- Willing to work mobile within the Jakarta, Bandung, or Surabaya area.
